Delhi Police AATS ने Interstate Illegal Arms Network पर कार्रवाई की; Sonu Dariyapur Gang से जुड़े आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी का दावा
नई दिल्ली: दिल्ली पुलिस ने अंतरराज्यीय अवैध हथियार नेटवर्क के खिलाफ एक महत्वपूर्ण कार्रवाई की है। Anti-Auto Theft Squad (AATS), Outer North District ने एक ऐसे alleged network का पर्दाफाश करने की जानकारी दी है, जिसके तार दिल्ली से उत्तर प्रदेश के Aligarh तक जुड़े बताए गए हैं।
Delhi Police की official press-release listing के अनुसार, कार्रवाई में Sonu Dariyapur Gang के एक alleged member को गिरफ्तार किया गया और investigation के दौरान Aligarh में एक arms manufacturing unit का पता चला।

Delhi Police को कैसे मिला सुराग?
Official release की उपलब्ध जानकारी के अनुसार, AATS Outer North District ने इस alleged interstate arms network के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की।
Police के अनुसार, investigation के दौरान network का connection Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh तक सामने आया, जहां एक कथित arms-manufacturing setup का पता लगाया गया।
इससे मामले का दायरा केवल Delhi में illegal weapon possession तक सीमित नहीं रहता, बल्कि manufacturing और interstate supply chain की दिशा में भी investigation का संकेत मिलता है।
Aligarh में Manufacturing Unit का खुलासा क्यों महत्वपूर्ण है?
Illegal firearm cases में केवल weapon की recovery ही महत्वपूर्ण नहीं होती।
अगर investigation में यह establish होता है कि किसी location पर firearms को illegally manufacture या assemble किया जा रहा था, तो investigators को यह पता लगाना होता है कि:
- हथियार किसने बनाए?
- raw material कहाँ से आया?
- weapons किसे supply किए जाने थे?
- Delhi तक उनकी supply कैसे हो रही थी?
- network में कितने लोग शामिल थे?
- क्या किसी organised criminal group का connection था?
इस मामले में Delhi Police ने Aligarh में arms manufacturing unit unearthed किए जाने की जानकारी दी है। आगे की investigation से alleged supply chain की पूरी तस्वीर सामने आ सकती है।
Sonu Dariyapur Gang connection
Delhi Police की official release इस कार्रवाई में गिरफ्तार व्यक्ति को Sonu Dariyapur Gang member के रूप में describe करती है।
लेकिन यहाँ एक जरूरी legal distinction है।
किसी व्यक्ति का किसी gang से कथित संबंध या उसकी गिरफ्तारी अपने-आप criminal conviction नहीं है।
अदालत में prosecution को relevant facts और evidence establish करने होंगे।
